Add Attribute Status Updates to Puzzle MCP and Nova

Puzzle MCP and Nova will be able to update an attribute’s status directly, including Draft, Active, Deprecated, or Deleted.

This makes it easier to manage and update attribute statuses through AI-assisted workflows and MCP actions.
