Add people without sending invitations

I would like to add people to my workspace without sending them invitations. This feature would allow me to include external collaborators without spamming them with emails or including them in my Puzzle Diagram. It would be beneficial to have a checkbox option to exclude outbound emails if their email is on a different domain. Additionally, changing the term 'Invitation' to 'External Reference' could make the process clearer.
