Add Tab to Conditional Coloring options

We’re expanding the flexibility of Conditional Step Coloring by adding Tab as a new rule option.

With this update, you'll also be able to color steps based on the Tab they belong to. This makes it easier to visually distinguish steps across different categories or departments—especially in complex, multi-tab workflows.
