Add URL links under Tools and URL Entity Types

I would like the ability to add URL links directly under Tools and for URL Entity Types. Currently, I can only add this information in a Note, but having a direct link would make it easier to know where each step takes place. Additionally, for all my URL Entity Types, I want the ability to have both the Name and URL fields, not just text fields.
