Adding Tool Canvas

Creating a fourth section of the app called "Tools" — users will be able to select from our tool databse the software platforms they are using within their workflows and write notes about their technology stack on the sidebar.

This feature is setting us up for integrations with specific tools to Sync and Monitor workflows.
