Automated License Count Tracking for Tools

I would like to have an automated feature to track the number of user licenses for specific tools. This would greatly help in managing costs, especially for teams with multiple users per tool. Currently, I have to manually add notes about license information, which is not efficient. An automated system would provide better insights into tooling costs.
