I encountered an issue where the chat icon was missing in the Brave browser, making it difficult to access support. It would be beneficial to have a backup link at the top of the page labeled 'AI Chat Help' to open the chat window. This would provide comfort to new users and those who face similar issues, ensuring they can easily access support without delays.
