🐞 Add Tool Menu Occasionally Crashes During Tool Creation

The Add Tool menu occasionally crashes when adding a new tool—especially when accessed from within a Step Card. This appears to happen more frequently when the image URL is auto-filled by script.

Issue is intermittent but disruptive, and has been observed in the latest version of Google Chrome.
