Changing the Order by options to Monthly Hrs (Ascending) + Monthly Hours (Descending)

We’re updating the “Order By” options in List View to give users better visibility into time impact across steps.

Instead of sorting by frequency or duration separately, you’ll now be able to sort by Monthly Hours, a more meaningful metric derived from your Step Cost Calculator inputs (time × frequency).

🔽 Monthly Hours (Descending) – See which steps consume the most time so you can identify bottlenecks and prioritize optimization.

🔼 Monthly Hours (Ascending) – Spot low-effort steps that might be ideal for automation or quick wins.

This change helps you focus your process analysis on what matters most—where your team’s time is actually going.
