Enable List View Filters for Builder Plan

List View filters—such as Step Type, Role, Tool, and Status—are coming to the Builder plan. Previously available only on Optimizer, these filters will now be accessible to Builder users as well, enabling easier workflow management and improved visibility without a paywall.
