Export Process Report with Notes as PDF

I need to export a process report with notes as a well-formatted PDF or document. Currently, using the browser’s print-to-PDF or taking a screenshot doesn't preserve the formatting well, especially for longer notes. A dedicated PDF export feature would be very helpful for sharing a visual and written summary of my process in a professional format.
