Hi all—Yoshino here, working in management consultancy field.

This type of structured export is not just a “nice-to-have,” but a critical capability for us to continue using Puzzle effectively. It allows us to move beyond visual mapping into systematic analysis of internal processes, especially when we need to:

    • Quantify operational complexity (e.g., duration, frequency, dependencies)

    • Identify bottlenecks and optimization levers at scale

    • Integrate Puzzle outputs into downstream analytics workflows and models

In short, exports like this are essential for turning Puzzle from a mapping tool into a decision-support system. They enable us to deep-dive into existing processes after implementation, validate assumptions, and continuously refine operational strategies.

Would definitely value seeing this capability created soon!
