Fix Multi-Select by Clicking & Make "Clear Connectors" Work Across Selections

Currently, users can only multi-select steps by click-and-drag—but there’s no way to select non-contiguous steps by individually clicking on them (e.g. with Ctrl or Shift + Click). This makes it difficult to:

  • Select specific steps spread across the canvas

  • Avoid unintentionally selecting connectors or unrelated steps

  • Move or edit groups of steps with precision

🛠️ Additionally, the "Clear Connectors" action does not work when multiple steps are selected. Users expect that clearing connectors would remove all connections between selected steps, but this action currently does nothing in multi-select mode.

✅ What this feature request includes:

Support for multi-step selection via individual clicks (Ctrl/⌘ + Click)

  • Make "Clear Connectors" work as expected across any multi-selected steps

  • Improve support for editing workflows without relying solely on drag-to-select

These changes would make editing large or complex workflows much faster, more precise, and more intuitive.
