General import/export feature for flow diagrams

Feature Request

It would be helpful to have a general import/export feature in Puzzle for various flow diagram formats. This would allow users to easily transfer their existing diagrams from other tools into Puzzle, enhancing the flexibility and usability of the platform.

    Great callout, Adam Brown, thanks for sharing! Both are possible today. Nova imports flows from a diagram screenshot, CSV, or text description (Puzzle MCP does the same via Claude or ChatGPT). You can also export your full workspace as an Excel file of steps and connectors from Workspace Settings → Data.
