Improving Connector Reliability When Switching Tabs

We've noticed a recurring issue where connectors occasionally fail to display when switching between tabs or navigating around the workflow canvas.

This typically happens:

• Right after opening Puzzle

• When flicking between different workflow tabs

• Sometimes even after refreshing the page

While refreshing or clearing cache can bring the connectors back, this behavior leads to confusion, support tickets, and concern from users thinking their connections are lost.

Improve the loading performance and reliability of connectors so they consistently appear when switching tabs—without needing manual refreshes or workarounds.

Ensuring connectors always render reliably will prevent unnecessary panic, reduce support overhead, and keep the canvas experience stable and trustworthy.
