Improving Role, Teams, People sidebars

We've updated the Step sidebar as of September 2023, but we have not yet updated the Role, Team and People sidebars to align with the updated UI / UX.

If you have ideas about what information should be included in a Role sidebar, Team sidebar, or People sidebar please post them in this thread!
