Log subscription cost with contract details

I would like to log subscription costs on tools, including a dropdown for annual/monthly contract type, the amount, number of seats, a date picker for contract end date, auto-renewal status, and notice period. This feature would eliminate the need for a dedicated tool for subscription management and could be a lifesaver.
