Move Step Cost to a Tab with $ Icon on Each Step

We’re updating how Step Cost is displayed to make the interface cleaner and more focused.

Instead of showing cost inputs directly in the step sidebar (when enabled), Step Cost will now live under its own tab marked with a $ icon.

This change helps:

• Reduce visual clutter in the step sidebar

• Make it easier to quickly identify and access cost-related data

• Keep financial inputs clearly separated from general step details

A cleaner layout, with just as much power behind it. 💰
