Quickly Navigate Tabs with the Tab Menu

We're adding a hamburger menu to the tab bar that opens a vertical list of all your tabs — making it easier to find and jump to any tab without scrolling horizontally across the bottom of the canvas. Similar to how Google Sheets handles sheet navigation.
