Remove Bold Styling from Role Names on Step Cards

Currently, when a role is assigned to a step, its name appears in bold on the step card. While this was intended to add emphasis, it can feel visually heavy—especially in detailed workflows.

With this update, role names will use regular (default) text styling, providing a cleaner, more consistent visual hierarchy across your step cards.

This change makes your workflows easier to scan and helps keep attention on what matters most—your step details and structure.
