Represent roles in circles for org charts

I support teams in becoming Self-Managing Teams and we use a holarchy structure of roles and circles to represent an organization structure. It would be beneficial if your org chart feature could represent roles in circles instead of rectangles, as this aligns with the future of new ways of working beyond the conventional management hierarchy.
