Step card editting

Users can edit information ON the step card, in addition to the sideabr.

1) Double click on tool — dropdown tool search list

2) Double click on text area — allows user to write text on step

3) Double click on step type — dropdown of step type shows

4) Double click on Section — edit name of Section
