UI Fixes

There are a collection of UI fixes that we're working on to make the system easier to navigate:

— When synced steps are duplicated, it won't bring the synced information along with it

— Chat widget is overlaid on the sidebar collapse button

— Moving the toast and error codes from in front of the logout button

— Create logic that prevents "Update role" button from being pressed if there is no one selected in the role assignment modal

— Create a button on the update role modal to let users invite new users directly from role assignment

— Push conditional step in the background when zoomed out in a view

— Adding Tools collapsible tools notes divider
