Update people card + role card

We're aligning the People Card, and the Role card to be aligned with the Tool and Step design:

1️⃣ People Card — users can add a profile picture, and if not, it'll display initials with colored background

2️⃣ Role Card — roles will be assigned an acronym and colored background, and we won't display the role description, and we'll move the headcount to bottom left
