A dedicated “Location” field for people would be useful so it’s easy to see which office someone is working from.

Organizations will soon be able to enable Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing team members to securely access Puzzle using their company’s identity provider (such as Okta). Admins and Owners will be able to configure SSO directly from a new Security tab in Organization settings, including setting up domain-based access and managing authentication requirements. This update also introduces: A “Sign in with SSO” option on the login page Automatic redirection for users invited to SSO-enabled organizations Domain-based detection to guide users to the correct sign-in method A more secure and streamlined way for teams to access Puzzle—using the tools they already trust.

I would like to have a simple line-by-line list view of all tools that are already manually grouped within PuzzleApp. This feature would allow me to see each tool in a row while maintaining the existing groupings, such as by department or stack type. It would be beneficial for comparing usage and costs side by side in a more straightforward manner.

I need an API or endpoint that allows an external app to query and retrieve a list of all tools contained in specific Tool Sections, such as the Project Management Group. This would enable better integration with external applications and improve workflow efficiency.

Currently, I have to manually recreate org charts inside the Team Canvas, which is time-consuming. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows bulk importing of org charts or generating them from a prompt or file upload. This would streamline the process and save time.

I would like the ability to lock individual sections within a workflow without having to lock the entire workflow. This feature would help in preventing certain team members from editing specific parts of a workflow or protecting completed sections from accidental changes. It would be beneficial to have more granular control over access to different parts of a workflow.

I want to share the Tools Canvas or the Tools section by itself with clients via Public/Shareable Views. This capability doesn't exist yet, and it would be beneficial for showcasing the tools used in projects to clients. It would help in scoping IT costs for current setups or new projects we want to sell.

I would like to have the ability to create a public view of the Team Canvas. This feature would allow me to share specific team information with external stakeholders or team members who do not have access to the platform. It would be beneficial for collaboration and transparency.

I would like to have the ability to leave comments directly on Public Shareable Views. This feature would be beneficial for gathering feedback from clients or stakeholders who are reviewing our processes without needing a Puzzle account or workspace access. It would enhance collaboration and ensure that all feedback is centralized and easily accessible.
