To help prevent accidental deletions, we’re adding a confirmation modal when deleting a workspace. Users will now need to type the workspace name to confirm deletion. This adds an extra layer of clarity and protection before removing important work.

You’ll soon be able to reorder tasks inside a step by simply clicking and dragging them. This gives you more control over how tasks are organized — whether you're prioritizing work or matching the real sequence of execution.

I believe there should be a restriction in place to prevent accidental workflow disruptions when moving sections. Currently, moving a section between tabs requires deliberate selection, but there are no built-in safeguards to prevent accidental moves. Implementing restrictions would help maintain workflow structure and prevent unintended changes.

I would love to sync a specific system, like Hubspot, with Puzzle. Currently, I can collaborate with an engineer directly in Puzzle, but there's no way to mass import or sync entities and attributes, including API names and types. After mass adding attributes to Puzzle, I have to add API names one by one, which is time-consuming. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows syncing these details automatically.

It seems that a conditional step cannot be linked to an external workflow, like a Hubspot workflow. When a workflow is connected to a conditional step, it automatically changes the step to a workflow. Since workflows can have conditional logic, it would be beneficial to reflect this in Puzzle, allowing conditional steps to connect to external workflows without altering their nature.

We’re updating the Tech Stack total to include any tool that has a cost entered, even if its status is Considering or Canceled. As long as a monthly or annual price is provided, the tool will be included in the overall cost summary — giving users a more complete picture of their stack's financial footprint.

I would love to have more customization options for team charts, such as changing the blob colors for functions and staff, and adding dotted lines to represent certain relationships. This would enhance the visual representation of our team structure.

It would be beneficial to show open positions for new roles or possible redundancies and how these changes affect costs and licenses. This feature would provide a clearer understanding of team dynamics and financial implications.

Currently, the app tracks hourly rates, but it would be great to include day rates, monthly salaries, and annual salaries. This addition would provide a more comprehensive view of employee costs.
