Where is it so when posting a comment in red and pressing the button "Cancel", it will repost the comment instead of canceling the comment box?

We’re requesting the addition of Signal as a new Step Type to support sales prospecting workflows and intent-based engagement strategies. 💡 What is a Signal? A Signal represents a trigger event or indicator that a lead or prospect may be interested in your product or service. It’s often used in outbound sales and RevOps processes to initiate outreach or prioritize accounts. For example: A Signal for Puzzle might be "Hiring a New Operations Manager" A Signal for a marketing agency might be "Company launched a new product" ✅ Why Add This Step Type? Helps document and track intent-based triggers within workflows Makes prospecting systems more structured and repeatable Enables teams to clearly identify entry points for engagement

The Add Tool menu occasionally crashes when adding a new tool—especially when accessed from within a Step Card. This appears to happen more frequently when the image URL is auto-filled by script. Issue is intermittent but disruptive, and has been observed in the latest version of Google Chrome.

When using the new step type dropdown, if a user types in the box to filter step type options and selects one from the list, the chosen step type is not being saved properly. 🔍 What’s happening: Typing to filter step types works as expected But selecting a filtered option doesn’t update the step with the selected type This leads to confusion, as users assume their selection was applied Fixing this will ensure the new dropdown is both searchable and functional, improving accuracy and trust in the step editing flow. Currently, the List View only displays the Monthly Hours for each step—but there’s no way to see the Monthly Cost tied to those steps. This limits users' ability to: Quickly identify high-cost steps in their workflows Compare steps based on financial impact—not just time spent Prioritize improvements by focusing on the most expensive parts of a process This feature will introduce a new “Monthly Cost” column to the List View, along with a sort option to rank steps by cost (ascending or descending). It will give teams better visibility into labor cost across their workflows and help drive smarter, cost-conscious decisions.

Some users are experiencing a looping error when interacting with Conditional Step Coloring—especially when enabling or adjusting rules. This issue can cause Puzzle to become temporarily unresponsive or reload unexpectedly. 🔍 Symptoms include: Canvas or sidebar gets stuck in a refresh loop Conditional Coloring settings fail to load or apply correctly Frequent interruptions when switching tabs or workflows with coloring enabled This has become a frequent blocker, and we’re requesting a high-priority fix to ensure Conditional Coloring remains stable and usable for all teams.

When using the Search bar to locate a step, the canvas sometimes jumps to unexpected or random X/Y coordinates, rather than centering on the selected step. What’s going wrong: The view doesn’t consistently pan to the correct location Users may need to manually scroll around to find the step they searched for This disrupts navigation and slows down workflow review—especially in large or multi-tab canvases. Fixing this would ensure accurate, reliable step targeting when using search and improve overall navigation fluidity.

Currently, when using the Go-To Step feature, any edits made to the step name or notes often don’t get saved properly. This leads to frustration, especially when users expect their input to persist after creating or connecting the step. 🔧 What needs fixing: Ensure that any changes to the Go-To Step name or notes field are saved immediately Maintain consistency with how standard step edits are handled Fixing this will improve reliability and trust in the Go-To Step feature—especially for users mapping out complex, cross-tab workflows.
