We're expanding how you track tool costs in Puzzle. Instead of a single subscription cost, you'll be able to add multiple cost items per tool — each with its own cost type:

Flat fee — a recurring fixed cost

Per seat — cost based on the number of users

One-time — a single payment

Usage-based — estimated spend based on rate and usage

This gives you a more accurate and flexible way to track what each tool actually costs your organization.
