I need the ability to add one-time costs directly to steps without having to add them to a tool. This feature is crucial for accurately tracking costs associated with tools like Search Atlas, which have variable or one-time charges such as links and citations. Currently, the Step Cost Calculator only supports labor costs and subscription-based tool costs, which doesn't accommodate these one-time expenses.
