Currently, when renaming a tab, users must press Enter to save the new name. If they click away or lose focus, the change is lost.
We’re proposing a small but helpful UX improvement:
  • Auto-save the tab name when the user clicks outside the input field or navigates away
  • Still keep Enter as a valid save action
This makes renaming tabs faster and more forgiving, especially for users moving quickly through their workspace.
