Center Conditional Step Text When It's a Single Line

Right now, text inside Conditional (diamond-shaped) steps is always top-aligned—even when it's just a single short line. This can look slightly off-centered and less polished.
We’re proposing a small visual improvement to:
- Vertically center the text when there’s only one line in the conditional step
- Keep top-alignment for multi-line conditions (as it is today)
This would make diagrams feel cleaner and more balanced, especially when viewing or presenting simple logic branches.
