I would like a feature to track the last time a step was edited and identify steps that haven't been updated in a while. This would greatly enhance workflow management by allowing me to easily monitor and update steps as needed.

In addition to the created date, I'd like to see "Created by", "Modified date", and "Modified by". I'd also like to be able to sort & filter by these attributes.

Alternatively, this might make more sense as a change log with a list of all modifications (not just one table row per step).

Ultimately, I'd like to be able to scan through a list of new steps and changes to

1) see what's new

2) identify incorrect or accidental changes & deletions

3) acknowledge top contributors
