We’re introducing a List View for Entities and Attributes in the Tool Canvas, giving teams a faster way to manage their data model at scale. Instead of editing attributes one by one, you’ll be able to view, filter, and update them in a structured table—similar to the Step List View.
This new view will display key attribute details such as the associated tool, entity, attribute name, type, status, API name, description, and creation date, with sorting and filtering options.
Key capabilities include:
  • Filter and search attributes by tool, entity, type, or status
  • Bulk select attributes to perform actions quickly
  • Bulk update attribute statuses (Draft, Active, Deprecated, Deleted)
  • Move attributes from one entity to another (single or bulk)
  • Copy attributes to a new or existing entity
  • Bulk delete attributes directly from the list
  • Edit attribute types inline within the table
  • Paste attributes from spreadsheets to quickly add multiple attributes
  • Copy entities and attributes to another tool
