We’re updating the onboarding experience to be smarter and more personalized.

New users will be asked to select their primary use case for creating diagrams (e.g., RevOps, Client Automation, Internal Processes, etc.). Based on their selection, Puzzle will automatically enable the most relevant features—so they start with a setup that fits their workflow right away.

This update will help teams get value faster by reducing manual configuration and surfacing the tools they actually need.
