Currently, if a step is set to use a Person as the Executor but no role is assigned, no icon appears on the step—making it unclear that an individual is responsible.
We’re proposing a simple fix:
  • When Executor = Person and no role is selected, display the Person icon on the step
  • This ensures consistent visual feedback and makes ownership clear, even without an assigned role
This small change will improve visibility and reduce confusion around step responsibility.
