When the workflow reaches a large size, you have to zoom out to see all of it, or at least a large part of it, which makes the text naturally illegible. Hovering over the title of a section/step and thus making the title/text appear in readable size in the alt attribute allows us to understand what it is, to be able to continue to follow the workflow and to know what we are working on without having to zoom in more each time.
