Currently, tools can be organized into sections, but I would love for them to be organized by tags as well.

An example use case is that we have tools that we are using for several clients. I would like to tag the tools on a per-client basis and also get an overview of dependencies.

Also would love to get overviews of costs of these tools if there are client-facing versus internal.
