I am unable to embed images directly into the notes field, which is a significant limitation for creating SOPs or team training materials. It would be helpful to have the ability to paste screenshots or embed image URLs directly into the notes, making it easier to reference images within the documentation.

I would like to upload images directly into workflow steps for better visual documentation. Currently, I can only embed links to external documents, which is not as convenient. Having the ability to upload images directly would streamline my workflow and improve documentation clarity.

Hey everyone! This is live 🎉 You can now upload PNG images to the notes sidebar.

To include simple documentation or how-to’s. Keep in mind to limit this feature and do not turn Puzzle into a media repository. The latter looks easy, but is complicated and takes a lot of resources. Loss of focus happens more than often and it would be a shame to see this happening to Puzzle.

I'm not sure what upcoming means in terms of timeline but this ability is definitely a hard requirement for my use case :)

my use case is when I'm listing an SOP and explaining how to do a step in the "notes" section.. I need to be able to mention instructions to reference the included screenshot image. sometimes it's one or two images total for the whole SOP, and a scribe or screen/button clicking tracking, is not needed. I also do not want to be forced to use Scribe when it's expensive and overkill for my current needs.
